TechPad Blacksburg – My home away from home
Bob Summers has created a space in Blacksburg for Innovators, Start-ups, Dreamers or someone who just needs an office space called the techpad. tech pad has over 6,000 square feet which is as an open co-working space with common areas for lounging and 2 conference rooms.
Private office suites are also available. He located the tech pad above PK’s restaurant in Blacksburg which is convenient to downtown shops, restaurants and Virginia Tech’s main campus. Bob has over 10 companies currently working in the techpad. This place screams innovation and if you are looking for a place to help cultivate your ideas you should check it out.
The prices are super competitive. Amenities include: dual wan broadband, $60/month for students, month-to-month flexibility, printer/fax, wifi, 10% off PK’s, on site mentoring, $3,000 of cloud hosting.
